VMware Explore 2023 Post-Event Highlights in Las Vegas for Cloud Service Providers

Wow! What an incredible week! The VMware Cloud Services Provider team had a wonderful time meeting you at VMware Explore 2023 Las Vegas last week. There were many great discussions, great questions, and thought leadership conversations that sparked creative ideas throughout the week of activities. Our partners heard many new and exciting announcements during the general session and throughout the event (Day 1 Recap, Day 2 Recap, Day 3 Recap).

We also had the opportunity to hear first-hand about our partners’ successes and hear about upcoming projects during focused partner discussions in the Meeting Center and at the Partner Technical Advisory Board event. With a large number of partners, we have received great feedback on our partner’s vision, our roadmap and what our partners are doing with our solutions.

We had the opportunity to show some of our latest solutions at our demo booth on the Expo floor and answer tough questions during Meet the Experts panel discussions. With the entire portfolio represented, there were solutions for every type of partner to engage with.

With so much to do, it was nice to have quiet spots in the day at one of the many lounges and at the beach. Have you had the opportunity to play pool, drive the McLaren NEOM electronic simulator or spend time with the pups at Bark Park?

During the Hands-On Labs section, VMware offered attendees nearly 7,200 labs! These labs consumed 93,315 VMs, 354,326 NSX networks, and over 1.3PB of vSAN storage over the 4-day conference, all backed by the latest version of VMware Cloud Director 10.5 in our internal data centers. and within VMware Cloud on AWS using VMware Cloud. Manager’s office. New labs were introduced mid-week, showcasing our new Gen AI initiatives. Have you had the opportunity to try one? And for our cloud service provider partners, we had three new VMware Cloud Director-specific labs to demonstrate the basics of using VCD with vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and Aria solutions, as well as a VMware Cloud Availability Lab Director showing common use cases for disaster recovery and migration. .
