Pokémon Concierge’s first trailer has perfect stats

Set on a tropical island where Pokémon travel for some much-needed downtime, Pokémon Concierge tells the story of Haru (Karen Fukuhara), a young woman working at a resort who caters to the specific desires of her many Pokémon guests. As new recruits, Haru and his partner Psyduck must learn many things to meet the needs of seasoned Pokémon. But as difficult as it may be to figure out what the Pokémon want, the trailer makes it seem like Haru’s biggest challenge might be figuring out how to get along with his co-workers Alisa (Imani Hakim) and Tyler (Josh Keaton).

The trailer also shows off some of the different monsters that will appear in Pokémon Concierge and makes it clear that the show’s vibe will be as impeccable as its art direction is adorable. What really stands out, though, is that we’re all probably going to have Pokémon Conciergethe theme song from “Have a Good Time Here” by Mariya Takeuchi, stuck in our heads during the show arrives on Netflix on December 28.
