Dancing and simple gymnastics can improve your health

Human laziness is truly the engine of progress. People invented a dishwasher, washing machines, robot vacuum cleaners, and drying to save themselves from unnecessary stress. They switched from horses to cars, to electric scooters and monowheels. This gave me a lot of time in the rhythm of a big city. And along with it, several health problems.
Previously, a woman leaned over many times to wash clothes, then hung them on the ropes, training her arms and legs, when she squatted to take the next thing. And how many different movements were there while washing the floors – a rare fitness workout boasts the same number of them.
Now that “robots work hard, people are happy,” the amount of physical activity has dropped dramatically. After all, now they go to work, not in the field but in the office. This means that most of the day, a woman sits or stands.
How it all works
Muscles and ligaments surround the bones of our skeleton. They provide the movement of a person and his sensations during movement. Muscles have many blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients to the muscle cells.
There is also a myriad of nerve endings.
During movement, the muscle is strengthened, new muscle cells appear, muscle volume increases, and new blood vessels appear. Muscle contraction affects the vessels, and this activates the blood flow. When there is little movement, there is no need for a large muscle cell volume, and it begins to decrease atrophy.

As unnecessary, the number of nerve endings and blood vessels decreases. Blood moves worse, not due to its fluidity but a decrease in muscle work.
Why is it bad
In a woman, the pelvic region suffers the most. Increasingly, patients are complaining of abdominal pain during ovulation, painful menstruation, and a decreased quality of sexual life. This is because, as a result of a decrease in the amount of movement, blood stagnation occurs in the small pelvis. Muscles spasm, and clamps form. This provokes stagnation of blood in the pelvis and a decrease in innervation. And gradually leads to the above complaints.
What to do
Of course, there is no need to give up the benefits of civilization. Yes, and there are activities more pleasant than washing in a basin. Let’s start with the fact that you must contact a gynecologist if any complaints about women’s health appear. And, if there are no acute contraindications at the examination, you need to add physical activity to your life in parallel with the prescribed treatment.
Dancing
Those types of dances are suitable where the stomach and buttocks are involved. These are oriental dances, twerk, bachata, and Latina. There are many small movements and shaking. This well relieves muscle clamps and improves blood circulation in the pelvic floor and buttocks muscles. As a result, nerve sensitivity and nutrition of all pelvic organs improve. And this not only removes the pain but also increases the likelihood of pregnancy.

Leg exercises
During the examination of women, complaints of pain during intercourse, lack of orgasm, and clamps in the shin area are very often detected. Therefore, correct squats, without load, lifting on toes, and stretching will positively affect the sensations during contact with a partner. When squatting with a load, you need to be careful not to take a lot of weight. Such exercises, especially if performed incorrectly, will put additional stress on the pelvic diaphragm and worsen the situation.
Walking and light running will force almost all the muscles of the lower body to work, which means that blood supply will improve, and oxygen delivery to the organs and tissues of the small pelvis will increase. And the complaints associated with hyperdynamics will decrease or disappear altogether.
Sports also increase testosterone levels, a hormone that enhances sexual desire. The night promises to be hot if you do not overwork in the gym.
Exercises for the abs
The abdominal muscles are also involved in forming the pelvic frame, so without strengthening them, everything else will not be as effective. Straight and diagonal twists, “birch” by lifting the buttocks, and bringing the legs to the chest on the horizontal bar will also increase blood flow and innervation.

These exercises should be done under the supervision of a professional trainer and after consulting a doctor, especially if the woman has given birth. Because with diastasis, for example, some of them cannot be done.
Kegel exercises
Most women know that these are “exercises for the vagina .” You can start classes only after examining a doctor. On my own at home, I recommend doing three of them. First, alternately contract and relax the vagina at a fast pace. Then repeat in the “squeeze-hold-relax” mode. And the third exercise is a ladder – compress the vaginal muscles for 7-10 counts to maximum tension and relax for 7-10 counts.

Many do Kegel exercises irregularly and complain about the lack of effect. Do not forget that the pelvic muscles need to be trained the same way as any other. After all, if you download the press once a week, there will be no effect. It is the same with intimate muscles. Maintaining regularity and exercising for at least 15 minutes a day are important. Combine training with dancing, strengthening the press and buttocks.
Within a month, a woman will feel a significant improvement in her condition, complaints will decrease, and her partner’s feelings will become more vivid.
I wish you health, energy, and pleasure.
