Armored Core 6 modders thought it was a great idea to add Thomas the Tank Engine after CJ from GTA
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, a mecha-based shooter released on August 25, 2023. Upon release, it took modders less than a day to add CJ from GTA San Andreas to the game. surprised no one, given that adding CJ, Shrek, and Thomas the Tank Engine to any possible game is kind of a running meme. Now another piece of this puzzle has been added to Armored Core 6 as Thomas the Tank Engine has also been changed.

THE Thomas the tank engine mod from modder ScrubMilk is available on Nexus Mods. Spotted by Gamer on PC, it basically replaces the EL-TL-11 FORTALEZA legs with Thomas, a popular train character from an old and popular kids show called Thomas & Friends. If that’s not terrifying enough for you, editor Sine_Fine_Belli paired this mod with an existing mod. CJ vs. to showcase an image you can’t ignore: a robot that basically looks like CJ riding Thomas the Tank Engine.
This damn combination of mods makes Armored Core 6 players react in different ways, but the one I resonate with the most is also the top voted comment that says “it’s always those two”. Truer words have never been spoken.
Another Redditor also posed the million dollar question that CJ has already been added alongside Thomas, “Where’s Shrek?” The creator of the Thomas the Tank Engine mod may have already taken responsibility for doing the right job. “Maybe I won’t work on Shrek next lol,” ScrubMilk wrote on Nexus Mods in response to a comment.
