8 Best Theraguns and Other Massage Guns (2023): Top Alternatives and Tips


Massage guns too Known as percussion therapy devices, help relax and soothe sore muscles whether you’re an athlete or just hunched over a desk all day. Theraguns (made by Therabody) tend to be some of the most popular. We have tested and liked the whole range, but they are expensive. There are plenty of Theragun alternatives for hundreds of dollars less. In this guide, you’ll find a mix of both to suit every budget, as well as helpful information from a physiotherapist and sports trainer on how these devices can help our bodies. These are our favorite massage guns.

If you decide to get a Theragun, there is additional accessories available. More importantly, you can buy foam tips separately, so don’t think you to have buy the Theragun Pro to get the relief you need. Just be sure to check each for compatibility.
