7 Best Posture Correctors (2023): Braces, Apparel, Laptop Stands

WE ATTEND TO our desks for at least 40 hours a week and crane our necks towards our phones the rest of the time. All this can affect our back health. Bad posture doesn’t just cause temporary pain and stiffness; it can cause permanent intuition. If you just adjusted your shoulders while reading this, it’s time to work on your posture.

After seeing way too many photos of me with a horrible slouch — my shoulders completely rounded, my stomach somehow pushed forward while my hips are pushed back — I wonder why anyone ever intentionally spoken in public. So I decided to do something about it, trying gadgets and equipment meant to make me stand up straight.

These are the best posture correctors we have tried. None of these options will solve your problems overnight and you should not feel any pain using them. Start by using them for 10 to 20 minutes a day, and add more time as you go (and listen to the product instructions). If you have severe back pain, hunchback, or scoliosis, talk to your doctor before trying posture correctors.

Updated November 2023: We added the Prana posture and deep breathing trainer. We’ve also updated prices and links throughout.
